The 2011 Havelock Mussel Festival is shaping up to be another anticipated event on Marlborough's festival calendar!  New Zealand comic duo The Topp Twins will head up a great list of entertainers.  Also performing are glam covers group The Beat Girls, local favourites Remastered and Paul. 


 Chris Fortune and Brett McGregor will be cooking up a storm in the Regal Salmon Cooking Marquee all day

Fresh from a promotional whirl-wind, Masterchef Season 1 winner Brett McGregor joins us in the Regal Salmon Cooking Marquee.  Brett will give us a delicious taste of the skills that won him the title of Masterchef, as well as acting as our guest judge for the stalls compeitions

About the Author

Over the last 12 years, Chris Fortune has worked as a chef on a super-yacht, established and run a restaurant and a seafood cooking school in the Marlborough Sounds, been involved in the development of Farmers' Markets throughout the country and produces his own range of pickles and preserves. He was the winner of New Zealand's version of the television show Hell's Kitchen, and has worked with Peter Gordon at the Sugar Club in London.
