Don’t miss this remarkable dinner featuring wine and food from three regions renowned for their premium produce – New South Wales Hunter Valley, New Zealand’s Marlborough, and Western Australia’s Margaret River.
Enjoy a six course menu with each dish containing a trio of tastes by chefs from all three regions, matched with wines by Tyrrell’s, Ra Nui and Chalice Bridge.
